Artist Workshops

In 2024, we successfully trialled our Artist Workshop programme and learned a great deal from the experience. We’re excited to be offering this again in 2026.

The Workshop Tent is aimed at adult and youth visitors. It's a 6x3m white gazebo that will be pre-erected with 4 trestle tables and 12 chairs. If you’d like to run a workshop and charge participants, this option is ideal for you. You’re free to set your own prices. We’ll promote your workshop on our website, newsletter, in our brochure and on social media, with a link to your own booking platform, or we can sell the tickets on your behalf (you will receive all monies minus the booking platform commission fees we incur).

Timings & fees for The Workshop Tent (including 30 mins each side for set up and clear down):

  • 1-hour Artist Workshop: £60 + VAT

  • 2-hour Artist Workshop: £120 + VAT

  • Should you wish to run a free workshop and require funding

What’s included

  • Marquee

  • Tables and chairs

  • Promotion via our website, brochure, and newsletter

  • Ticket sales through your own platform, or we can sell tickets on your behalf*

  • * A processing fee will be deducted from ticket sales.

  •

However - should you wish to bring your own 3x3m gazebo and run workshops all day across the festival weekend - this is £350 + VAT. The amount of workshops you run and the prices you charge are completely up to you.  This includes Face painting and Henna Artists.
