Biography

Inspired by my daily walks and lifelong love of the outdoors I aim to create paintings that celebrate the natural landscape. To evoke the quiet magic and ever changing rhythms , transforming fleeting moments into pieces that uplift and bring joy and vibrancy to into everyday life.

inspiration

My work is rooted in quiet moments found in nature. Through layered colour and various mediums I explore landscapes and woodlands that often go unnoticed. I aim to capture a sense of calm, simplicity and connection, inviting viewers to slow down and appreciate the beauty around them, gently present.

medium

I use a mixture of mediums but since 2015 I've been mainly exploring what alcohol inks can do. They have an unpredictability that can't be replicated by any other medium.
