Biography

I create colourful, storytelling art for people who want to remember and celebrate the joy of living.

My vision is of a world filled with colour, joy and creative expression, where everyday moments are noticed, celebrated and transformed into lasting memories. I aim to capture life’s small, meaningful moments and share them in a way that sparks happiness and connection.

Through my work, I hope to encourage people to pause, appreciate the joy around them, and in their everyday lives.

inspiration

I’m inspired by everyday moments of joy that are easy to overlook — dog walks, days out, gardens, parks and markets, and the people we share them with. These small, ordinary moments are what brighten life, and they form the heart of my work.

Through my workshops, I enjoy inspiring others to explore their creativity and discover more joy in their own lives. I love seeing people connect with their imagination and uncover the stories that make life vibrant.

medium

I work in mixed media, using acrylics, tissue paper and Posca pens on canvas, paper or board. I love the vibrancy of colour and the way translucent tissue paper builds unexpected layers and subtle surprises as the work unfolds.

I particularly enjoy adding Posca details, which bring the pieces to life and highlight the people and stories behind each moment. My process is playful, layered and exploratory, inviting viewers to pause, look closely, and experience the joy captured in each work.
