Biography
Our mission is to champion the creation and exhibition of bold and diverse visual art, spanning a variety of mediums, that challenges perspectives, sparks dialogue and collaboration, and ignites imaginations within the local community and beyond.

The Leamington Studio Artists (LSA) are primarily inspired by the belief that art is a powerful tool for community connection and personal well-being. Their work is driven by a passion for making creativity accessible to everyone in Royal Leamington Spa, often drawing from the beauty of the local Regency architecture and the surrounding Warwickshire landscape. By focusing on themes like sustainability, memory, and the natural world, the LSA seeks to turn the town into a vibrant creative hub where both professional and hobbyist artists can find a shared sense of purpose.

The artists within the LSA community embrace a vast and diverse range of mediums, reflecting the group's inclusive and experimental spirit. You will find traditional works in oils, watercolours, and acrylics, alongside more tactile disciplines such as ceramics, sculpture, and glasswork. Many members also specialise in printmaking and photography, while others push boundaries with mixed media, textile art, and jewellery design. This variety ensures that their exhibitions offer a rich, multi-sensory experience, showcasing everything from delicate sketches to bold, large-scale 3D installations
