My inspiration was born from a deeply personal place, inspired by the close bond between artist and animal. The very first dog portrait created was of my own dog, Chester, whose companionship, personality, and unconditional love sparked not only my passion for pet portraiture, but my wider artistic journey. Capturing Chester on paper was more than a drawing, it was a way of honouring the connection we share and the joy he brings into my life.

That initial portrait became the starting point, growing into the creation of bespoke pet portraits and expressive wildlife paintings that celebrate animals in all their forms.
