Biography

To share my passion and create a sense of childlike wonder in others. Sometimes it's nice to forget to be adults, and to feel a sense of excitement at the idea of cute, tiny things that have been lovingly made.
Creating joy and warmth in others is the reason I do what I do.

inspiration

My inspiration comes from my nostalgia. All the tiny things I loved growing up have taught me to always look for magic in the mundane. I love miniatures.There is something so special about perfectly formed, intricate, little treasures. I love the fact that rather than shouting for attention, the smaller things gently encourage interaction with people, to step forward and take a closer look.

medium

I make small things out of predominantly polymer clay and crochet. Most of the handmade crochet items I see are normally larger but I love the challenge of making them tiny by using embroidery thread. Some of my favourite things to make are earrings, badges, phone charms and keyrings.
