Biography

My aim is to create unique writing instruments that the user gets real joy from using.

Always looking for new and unusual materials and giving new life to old sentimental and often discarded objects bringing joy the joy back to the user.

I’m always on the look out for unusual or exotic materials, many that have a story. From wood recovered from HMS Victory, parts of a Grand Piano, Canal Lock Gates and Railway Sleepers to guitar plectrums and coloured pencil pieces. They all had previous lives and I’ve reinvented them and given them a new life and purpose as a unique pen or pencil.
