Biography
I make colourful illustrations of quirky animal characters that I hope will raise a smile, whilst also celebrating the natural world and seeking to encourage environmental awareness. I’ve been lucky enough work with local and national organisations that support sustainability and nature connection and my work can be found on leaflets, education packs and sign boards, as well as greetings cards and other goodies.
inspiration
I’m inspired by a sense of love, curiosity and wonder about the natural world, and wanting to share this with others.
medium
I mostly use water colour and ink, sometimes with a scribble of pencil or pastel too, and I try to capture a sense of lightness and vibrancy in my work along with a touch of humour. Then I scan my designs and get them printed as greetings cards, mugs, coasters, tote bags and other useful things.
