Biography
In my abstract painting and printmaking I'm striving to portray my inner feelings, emotions and experiences, in a way that other's will also see something in them that resonates with them, allowing an indescribable emotional connection. I also create digital drawings that appeal to several subcultures within modern society - some of which I transfer to accessories and apparel to allow people to express themselves in the world, giving an outlet to tell people what kind of person they are.
inspiration
I am inspired by a lot of different types of art, from Pop-art to classical paintings, as well as culturally significant forms of expression such as goth and street culture. I am a big fan of comic books, manga, anime etc, as well as the media that has adopted these sort of things, like virtual reality, computer games and other social constructs.
Having been hit with a chronic illness in my thirties, I've seen and experienced a lot of things that many haven't, and these experiences have made me more empathetic and have given me certain positive outlooks on life that have inspired me in the way I create art and how I try to get these positive messages across.

My primary art form is experimental printmaking, so I use a range of grounds including canvas, paper, and unusual textures like lace, and then I tend to use a mixture of acrylic, intaglio ink and emulsion. My other outlet is digital art, which I have printed as limited editions of giclee prints, signed numbered and professionally mounted, and sometimes framed.
