Biography
I always aim to promote joy with my work and aspire to reawaken childhood feelings about the possibilities of small and magical places in the world.
inspiration
I am inspired by animals and nature and a love of storytelling. I am drawn to the whimsical and quirky elements of my subjects (often mice!) and enjoy putting them in often quirky, anthropomorphic scenarios.
medium
I work with wool and a needle to form shapes around a wire frame. I then incorporate both new and found objects to tell a story, for example a clock or a piece of wood. My work is presented as a complete piece, be it a standalone object or something to hang on a wall.
