Biography
My mission is to create visually captivating artwork that resonates with audiences and inspires others, particularly the younger generation, to explore and engage with art and creative pursuits. Although I am not yet a full-time artist, I am actively working towards making this a reality in the coming years. As my style and artistic voice continue to evolve, I aim to expand my reach through video content that chronicles my creative journey, shares insights, and provides inspiration. Through this, I hope to educate, entertain, and encourage others to discover their own artistic potential.
inspiration
I draw constant inspiration from people and street scenes, where the fleeting nature of everyday life offers endless stories waiting to be told. I find great joy in capturing ephemeral moments, especially those that stem from personal encounters with individuals. My work is an exploration of human character and emotion, whether expressed through a subtle glance, a nuanced gesture, or the vibrant energy of a bustling street. With every piece I create, my goal is to capture the transient beauty of ordinary life, celebrating the intricate narratives found in seemingly mundane moments.
medium
I primarily work with pencil and ink for sketches and acrylics for paintings. My sketching process is loose and expressive; I start with rapid, dynamic lines to capture the essence of my subject, refining the form as I go while leaving many of these initial marks visible. This technique imbues my sketches with energy and movement. When using acrylics, I adopt a spontaneous, loose brushstroke approach to take advantage of the medium’s quick-drying properties. This allows me to work intuitively, layering colours and textures to convey a sense of immediacy and freshness in my paintings. Each medium I use reflects my commitment to capturing the vitality and transience of life in my art.
