Biography

I am a Midlands based glass and enamel artist, with a passion for this magical material perceived as fragile that can be smashed, melted, collaged to make something different and new. I aim to make work that makes people smile.

inspiration

Having spent my childhood by the sea, memories of that time are reflected in my work with vibrant colours inspired by Turkey. Additionally I am inspired by the details within nature and local landscapes.

medium

I use a variety of different techniques in glass making, from glass blowing, casting and lampworking to fused glass and enamelling. I enjoy combining these techniques in unique ways to create a range of work.
