Biography

I take unwanted items and materials and turn them in to new one off art pieces.

I class my pieces as “vandalism” as I am taking something that was once created by a professional and now adding my own touch it, so that it has a second life.

I mainly use famous icons to convey my new messages to allow the art to be accessible to everyone and anyone

inspiration

My art work is about taking the unloved and giving it a second life. This reduces waste going to landfill and allows the art work to become relevant again.

My hope is that other people will do the same to my work one day , giving it a third, forth, fifth new life.

medium

My medium is very varied, my criteria is always that the object has to have had a previous life and it is now waste.

I vandalise oil paintings by painting in adding additional scenes.
I turn unwanted toys into one of a kind sculptures, using polymer clay and spray paint.
Finally I also take scrap building materials/ furniture and turn it into unique pieces of art furniture.
