ARTIST APPLICATION 2024

Art in the Park 2024 will take place on August 3rd & 4th 2024. 

 

Please fill in the following application by 31st January 2024,11pm to apply to exhibit at Art in the Park 2024. You only need to indicate to us the type of stall that you would like, and there is no fee taken at this point of application.

AITP Pitch Fees for 2024 exhibiting artists - Please note that this year there has been no increase in the fee for artists who bring their own gazebos, while there has been a small increase ( less than 3%) in the fee for rented gazebos due to secondary party increases.

  • Standard Bring Your Own Gazebo Pitch (£210) – 3mx3m

  • Standard Plus Bring your Own Gazebo Pitch (£225) – 3mx 4.5m

  • Artist Village (£285) – 3m x 1.5m with 1 x 6ft x 2ft trestle tables & 1 chair within a large marquee with 3 other artists

  • Pop-Up Suitcase Pitch- approx 1m x 1m space- Under 25- £45

  • Pop-Up Suitcase Pitch- approx. 1m x 1m space -Over 25 £60

  • Hire a 3m X 3m Marquee and Pitch Fee £390

  • Hire a 4m X 4m* High Roof Pagoda Marquee and Pitch fee- £650

  • Hire a 5m X 5m* High Roof Pagoda Marquee and Pitch fee- £780

  • Hire a 6m X 6m* High roof Pagoda Marquee and Pitch Fee- £890

  • Additional fee for artists sharing Bring your Own Gazebo space. £15 per person per application.

  • Additional Table £17

  • Additional Chair £12

If artists wish to share a gazebo, each artist needs to apply individually. The cost of one artist is included in the prices shown below, any further artist will be charged at £15 per person. On your application form below, please ensure you include all names of your fellow shared artists, separated by commas with no spaces.

If you would like to apply as a group please email  Louise for prices and sizes. You can then still apply via the application below just select Group booking on Stall type.

Each Pitch Includes:

  • Space in either Jephson Gardens or Mill Gardens for August 3rd & 4th 2024 attracting over 38,000 visitors

  • Sign with your location number

  • 3 Images, Artist’s description and website link on our website with over 33,000 Unique visits

  • Name in the festival printed program over 10,000 copies circulated

  • Event promotion via our e-newsletter sent to over 9000 subscribers

  • Extensive social media promotion of the festival on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.

  • Artist marketing and social media training day

  • 2023 saw the largest amount of Art sales since 2018.

Please note:

Set up will take place on Friday August 2nd  (time slots will be allocated) and take down will be from 6pm on Sunday 4th.
Each stallholder must be covered by their own insurance for the duration of the event.


Although there will be overnight security, goods left overnight will be at the stallholders own risk.

​

Every artist must have their own Public Liability Insurance.

 

Successful applicants will need to pay their pitch fee to accept their place by March 15th 2024

Please double check these common issues if you are having problems;

  • Ensure all required answers indicated by * are filled in

  • Max file size for uploading your work is 1MB, if you need to reduce, use an image compressor website.

  • Give your internet time to upload, it might just take a while if you don't have very fast services. There will be a Tick when the images have fully uploaded. This happens once you have click submit.
